Gorgonzola Garlic Bread

Toasted garlic bread from the oven with a Gorgonzola sauce for dipping.

Bruschetta $
Slices of bread baked here, Toasted with feta cheese, olives, and tomato on top. Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. Crusty and tasty.

Focaccia $
Thin, crusty bread from our brick oven with rosemary and roasted tomatoes baked in. Drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

Garlic Bread $
A full loaf of semolina bread with fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil, butter, Parmesan cheese, and herbs. Ah, the pleasures of the simple life!

BRICK-OVEN PIZZA
Very thin crispy rounds baked in the Neapolitan tradition. We use only the best, high quality, real cheese.

Pizza Marinara (No Cheese) $
Fresh tomato sauce, slivers of garlic, and fresh oregano. Classic ingredients on a thin crispy crust.

Niko's House Pizza $
Kafteri - feta cheese with a dash of jalapeno pepper - fresh spinach, scallions and black olives. Fresh tomato sauce. Mildly hot. Spice it up to live it up!

Pizza Imperiale $
Fresh tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil. This pizza, the first ever tasted by royalty, put Neapolitan ovens on the map.

Pizza Bianco (No Tomato) $
A white pizza. Ricotta, goat and fresh mozzarella cheeses baked on a thin, crispy crust. Just enough to engage the palate for the next course.

Pasta Paella

Shrimp, clams, chicken, sausages, calamari, mussels, and octopus cooked with orzo - a rice shaped pasta. With scallions, peas, and fresh tomato in a saffron and tomato infused broth with herbs and spices.

Pesto Lasagna $
Lasagna noodles layered with pesto, ricotta, Parmesan, mozzarella, goat cheese and kefalograviera topped with pomodoro basilico salsa and baked in a casserole. Served with crostini.

Melanzane Sorrentino $
Slices of tender eggplant, layered with ricotta cheese, zucchini, fresh spinach, plum tomato sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese. Served with crostini.

Manicotti Mediterranean $
Pasta tubes filled with herbed ricotta, topped with a melange of fresh sautéed spinach, crumbled feta, mushrooms, onions, plum tomato sauce, and mozzarella baked in a casserole. Served with crostini.

Penne Con Carne $
Penne pasta, meat sauce, mushrooms, and ricotta topped with mozzarella. In a casserole. Served with crostini.

Rodos Yuvetsi: Lamb and Orzo

Flavor-filled lamb casserole, kefalograviera cheese, with orzo (a rice-shaped pasta), cooked with whole plum tomatoes, peas and carrots in a tsoukali (clay pot) for one.

Lamb shanks braised until tender with orzo (a rice-shaped pasta), whole plum tomatoes, kefalograviera cheese and garnished with peas and carrots. Oven-baked in tsoukali (clay pot) for one.

Pastitsio in Tsoukali $
Less known outside of Greece, Pastitsio is just as favored among Greeks as the ever-popular moussaka and faster for the home cook to make. Often called Greek Lasagna, this casserole is layered pasta and meat sauce (kima) topped by béchamel sauce with nutmeg and kefalograviera cheese. Served here in an individual baking dish called a "tsoukali".

A tsoukali is an individual baking dish. Here we make a casserole of layered eggplant, zucchini and meat sauce topped by fragrant béchamel and kefalograviera, baked in the brick oven. A classic Greek entrée. The best you'll ever taste, unless your mama is from Greece.

Chicken Portabello (ai Ferri)

Breast of fire-grilled chicken topped with brown demiglaze, mozzarella, portabello mushrooms and white mushrooms, thinly sliced. With mixed Caesar greens.

Chicken and Artichokes (Pollo e Carciofi) $
Breast of grilled chicken melted mozzarella. Tossed with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes in avgolemono sauce. On rice pilaf. No substitutions.

Chicken Saltimbocca $
Breast of grilled chicken with mozzarella cheese, imported ham, mushroom and herbed wine sauce. On a bed of sautéed fresh spinach.

Chicken Piccante* $
Breast of chicken grilled over open flame with plum tomatoes, black olives, capers, garlic, and hot peppers. Served with couscous.

Chicken Parmigiana $
Flame-grilled chicken with fresh plum tomato. Over linguine with melted mozzarella cheese.
